Chris R. Mack - Founder & President

Chris R. Mack Chris has worked for more than 25 years in the semiconductor and test industries. Chris began his career at IBM in East Fishkill, N.Y. with hands-on experience in semiconductor process technology, ceramic multi-chip module development, and high-volume manufacturing.

In 1984, he joined Advantest America and worked in various engineering positions specializing in high performance logic, DRAM and SRAM test. In 1995, he moved to Schlumberger Technologies as Director of Marketing and helped establish a new memory ATE division aimed at high performance SDRAM and DDR production test.

Chris Mack holds a BSEET degree from DeVry Institute of Technology.


Robert Graybeal - Director of Business Development

Robert Graybeal Robert holds a BSEET degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry. He has held various application engineering, product marketing and management positions at Megatest, Teradyne, Schlumberger and Amkor/Anam.

Robert joined Pragmatics in 2001 and he specializes in developing high performance test solutions for new and emerging devices such as FLASH, DDR and MCPs.


Gary Westendorf - Director of Business Development

Gary Westendorf Gary joined the Pragmatics team in May 2008 to lead Product Marketing for TSE Probe Card Technology in North America and China.

His technical knowledge of wafer probe, electromechanical contact and test interface hardware, combined with sales experience and customer engagement expertise adds strength to the Pragmatics team.


Jie Li - Manager of Business Development: Asia

Jie Li - Manager of Business Development: Asia Jie Li joined Pragmatics in 2007 with over 15 years experience in semiconductor testing including Flash, SOC and module test. Jie has held various Engineering, Business Development and Management positions at Aiwa, STMicroelectronics and Teradyne.

Jie holds a BEEE from Hefei University of Technology in China and a Masters of Science from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
